Shipping
At Free Heads, we want you to find the perfect cap without any worries. That’s why we offer fast and secure shipping options.
Delivery Times
Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from the moment of purchase. Estimated delivery times are:
• Spain: 2 to 4 business days.
• Europe and the United States: 4 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
• Other international: 6 to 12 business days, depending on the destination.
All orders include a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
• To find out your shipping cost, add the product to your cart and enter your address.
• Please note that the shipping cost does not include import fees or other customs charges. These must be covered by the customer.
Shipping Destinations
• We ship to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
• If your address isn’t available for shipping, feel free to write to us at info@freeheads.es, and we’ll see if we can find a way to get your product to you.
• At the moment, we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands in Spain.
Returns
We are a small business located in Madrid, Spain, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your cap isn’t what you expected, you can return it and request a refund.
How to make your return
Customers located in Spain can request their free return label by clicking here or by writing to info@freeheads.es.
International customers, outside of Spain, can request a prepaid return label for a cost of 5 euros by writing to info@freeheads.es
(If they prefer, they can also send the product on their own to our address in Madrid.)

Return Period
• You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Requirements
To process the return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original or similar packaging.
Refunds
• Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• We do not refund the original shipping costs (except in cases of defective products or shipping errors).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or prefer another model, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@freeheads.es within 48 hours of receiving it and include photos of the issue.
Taxes and Customs
If you are outside the European Union, you may be charged customs duties, customs fees, or import VAT when your product enters the country or upon delivery to your address. These costs vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
